Do you have a role-playing group, a prepared adventure, and your own GM, but would you like to play in a much more special setting?

At Costurero Real, you can reserve one of our immersive game tables for four hours, surrounded by handcrafted scenery, miniatures, buildings, creatures, and small details created in our workshop.

It's not just about renting a table and chairs. It's about entering a miniature world and turning your game into a much more visual, atmospheric, and memorable experience.

What does the reservation include?

The reservation includes private use of a themed table for four hours, with a selection of scenery related to the chosen setting.

Upon arrival, you can:

• Choose from available miniatures to represent your characters.
• Select buildings, creatures, and decorative elements.
• Adapt the scenery layout to your adventure.
• Create paths, encounters, combat zones, and scenarios.
• Use dice, trays, and some accessories available in the space.
• Take photos and videos of your game.

You can move and combine many of its elements to adapt them to your story.

Before you begin, we will explain which pieces you can manipulate and how to use them safely.

A private table for your group

During the reservation, the table will be exclusively yours.

You can play peacefully, without sharing it with other groups and at your own pace.

The price corresponds to the full table reservation, not individual tickets. You decide how to divide the amount among the participants.

If there are seven of you, the rental is equivalent to just over €12 per person for four hours of play.

You bring the adventure

This modality is a rental of space, table, and scenery.

The reservation does not include a GM or game direction.

The group must bring:

• Their own GM or game director.
• The adventure or campaign they want to play.
• Character sheets.
• Any specific manuals, rules, or materials they need.

You can use the miniatures, dice, trays, and accessories available in the space, but we recommend bringing any essential items for your game.

Four hours to play at your own pace

The reservation has a total duration of four hours, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

You can use this time to:

• Play a complete adventure.
• Continue your usual campaign.
• Prepare a special combat.
• Represent one of the most important moments of your story.
• Take photos of your characters and the scenery.

To make the most of the session, we recommend arriving with character sheets, story, and main encounters prepared.

Handcrafted scenery

The tables and pieces available have been designed, built, printed, and painted in our own workshop.

Depending on the season, you may find scenarios inspired by:

• Islands and coasts.
• Ancient ruins.
• Enchanted forests.
• Taverns.
• Dungeons.
• Towns and fortresses.
• Other fantasy worlds.

The available settings may change throughout the year.

Rest area

During the reservation, you will also have access to a small rest area with:

• Refrigerator.
• Microwave.
• Water available.
• Space for a break or a snack.

You can bring your own food and drinks, but they must always remain off the scenery table.

Rules of use

The scenery is handcrafted and some pieces are delicate. To keep it in good condition, we ask you to respect a few simple rules:

• Do not place food or drinks on the game table.
• Handle miniatures and scenery with care.
• Do not move large structures without authorization.
• Do not use glues, paints, candles, or materials that could stain or damage the pieces.
• Notify us immediately if any piece is damaged.
• Respect the entry and exit times.
• Leave the table tidy at the end of the session.
• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Damages caused by improper use may be charged separately.
